Some Are Good Days

Everyone has good days and bad days. Everyone has hard times (some more than others). How we deal with our troubles and daily worries can affect others around us. It's important to try to relax, breathe, and be considerate of people around you. It's not your friend's problem that your garbage bag ripped and spilled everywhere on your way to work! Everyone has troubles and we should try to remember that "the grass isn't greener" and just make the best of our situation. There's an old saying, "when you slam a door here, people hear it in China." I don't think it's because they have good ears, I think it's because what we do affects others.

How we wake up each morning can change the way our whole day goes. Many things can contribute to a person having a good day like eating a healthy breakfast and having a positive outlook. Sometimes a little kindness to others can brighten up your day. You'd be surprised what happens when you simply smile at total strangers on the way to work. With all your daily stresses, did you remember to smile at your kids as they left your car on the way to school? It's important to take your worries and put them on hold until your kids see that big smile, so they know everything is okay and mommy or daddy is happy and loves them. Here are some fun pictures where I had a hard time not smiling.
